Will of Elizabeth Imber, 1859, Donhead St. Andrew

In the name of God amen. I, Elizabeth Imber of the parish of Donhead Saint Andrew in the county of Wilts, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make my last will and testament in manner following (that is to say) I give and bequeath unto my daughter Caroline Frances Snelgrove all my household goods and cloaths and plate and also the house, garden and premises situated in the parish of Donhead Saint Andrew in the county of Wilts, also two paddocks or fields called Westhays adjoining the said premises in the said county, also a field called Common Close situated near Barkers Hill situated in the parish of Donhead Saint Andrew in the county of Wilts. Also a cottage situated near the Sailsbury Turnpike road in the above parish.
Only my daughter Caroline Frances Snelgrove is to pay out of the above mentioned property the sum of thirty pounds of lawful money to my son James Imber. Also to my son John Imber the sum of fifty pounds of lawful money. Also to the children of my daughter the late Mary Ann Woodrow the sum of twenty pounds of lawful money to be equally divided between them Also to my daughter Marriah Barrett Hine the sum of six pounds of lawful mony. Also to the children of my son the late Thomas Imber the sum of fifteen pounds of lawful money to Richard Barrett Imber also to Mary Imber the sum of fifteen pounds of lawful money. And lastly I revoke all my former wills by me at any time made and do hereby appoint Mr. Thomas Gold yeoman and Mr. Job Snelgrove to be my executors of this my last will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty four.

On the sixth day of March 1860 the will of Elizabeth Imber late of Donhead Saint Andrew in the county of Wilts widow deceased was proved by the oath of Thomas Gould (in the will written Gold) and Job Snelgrove the executors named therein, having been first sworn duly to administer.
